Is there a cheat sheet for mixing? I mean like what would you use to make the flavor taste the way you want . I think Cotton Candy will make it sweeter . What if you have blueberry and want it to taste a little like pie crust at the same time . What would you add ? Are there any mixes that are not recommended like carmel and ketchup ?

Are you talking about adding Flavors to juices you bought from a Vendor that already has Nic, PG and VG in it? If so, just remember that every time you add to it, you are going to be diluting the Nic in it, making it weaker.
It really depends on which Company you get your Flavors from. Some are not as Concentrated as others...so you would need more... And of course, taste is subjective. There's a GREAT DIY section here on ECF with loads of Info, if you want to check that out.
