I have ventured into the realms of creating my own juice. I ordered some pG and vG. Both certified food grade. The vG was even kosher. I ordered 4 different flavors as well (also kosher apparently). It took me quite some time to find a place that sells "natural" and "organic" flavor concentrates. I did find a few websites that sold concentrates for baking and I wondered if those types of concentrates are suitable for vaping. Does anyone have experience with using baking concentrates?

I was wondering if anyone had made a blog or a post with a list of flavor mixes and the ratios of how they came about those flavors. I don't mind experimenting. I'll probably have a lot of fun doing it actually. But any head start is better than none before I begin tinkering.

If your PG and VG are just of food grade, they are not good enough. You'd better look for USP grade. You may want to check your bottles, it is quite possible that they are marked as USP (USP is of higher purity than food grade, often liquid are marked both USP and food grade). Some flavors for baking need may good for vaping, most - not good at all. Better to buy from vape shops (online mostly). You can find a lot of useful info in DIY subforum.

Please please please read read read before attempting to make your own ejuice. Its not hard to make your own juice but there a lot of things you need to know to be safe and to create some great tasting eliquid. The forum threads posted above have a plethora of great information that will get you headed in the right direction. Also ask away in the diy section if you have any questions. The community is very helpful. Remember...the only stupid question is a question not asked. Good luck on your quest to create your own awesome juice!

There is also something extra involved with organic flavors that you might not want to inhale. Long chain proteins, and other molecules of proteins not found in synthesized flavors, wich are good for oral ingestion but maybe harmful if inhaled. Just something to think about. Although as smokers for many years, inhaling who knows what, is it really going to matter? Only you can decide. Because so far nobody has done the research and testing that could be done very easily.

I didnt realize it, but i did order USP grade. I was unaware that this is a better quality than food grade. Thanks for bringing that to my attention
