Cone Cover

Is a cone cover just for looks? Or does it have a purpose? Can I smoke my RiVa without it?

I use cartomizers and never use the cone. I think I get a better vape without it.

Maybe if you use carts it's better?

on my Inferno that i have i used a cartomizer wiht the cone and without with the cone it was a harder draw but i thought i got more vapor and with out the cone it was a way easier draw with just a little less vapor so you should try wiht out and see if you liek it that way i personally leave ym cone on just for the looks.

I don't use mine, it fits too tight with the cartomizer, so I left it off.

It does a couple of different things. It makes it run a bit quieter, Some of the cartos can be noisy, it also acts as a heat sink to help dispel heat generated by the atties, It can also give it a bit stiffer draw. But there is nothing wrong with using it without the cone.

Thanks! I knew there had to be a reason for them. I like the way they look better with the cone, but like the way they vape better without it.

It serves a very important function you may miss if you don't drip.

Spills are an inevitable, necessarily evil part of a dripper's life, but the Riva's/eGo's cone puts them under cover and off your fingertips until such time as you have a tissue in hand and are prepared to deal with them.
