So I have realized something over the course of the last few days. I have found that flavors I thought were too strong/sweet overpowering at the beginning of my journey are now......necessary.

My favorites currently are:

ECBlend flavor's Pecan 100vg with double extra flavor
Halo's Tribeca
The vape Tree Banyan Tree (though, if the flavor could have been doubled, I would be much happier)
Johnson Creek Island and JC Original

I have gotten some flavors and supplies together to begin diy.....and rather than making a lot of new juices, I am using flavors to "doctor" what I consider *weak* juices. And most of what I have is.......weak. Comparatively speaking, of course.
I am also finding that anything less than 50%VG ........preferably 80-100 is not only weak, and doesn't satisfy my fancy....it makes me feel crappy too.

Is this bad?????
Will I ever again be satisfied with normal level flavors? Because honestly.....I want them to be good too!!!! :glare:

Savoir-Faire is everywhere!
I use a bridgeless for tasting juices because it's quick and easy. I have an HH.357 for that and I take care of it so I hope I'll get a lot of use from it.

For regular vaping, however, I don't need to be punched in the face....LOL I have several delivery systems to choose from and I've got them all working for me really well.

Three votes for the bridge less dripping atomizer....
I am going to have to look at some vids of people using them. .. I really think the picture in my head looks...wrong.
In any case...
Mac...did you mean to give me a product link? Because it Iooks like it but I don't see one.

Higher % VG equals less flavor for normal vapers.

Higher PG % equals more flavor.

Also higher VG means thicker ejuice which does not feed (wet the wick) well in many delivery devices.

Yes, I am aware of the fact that the more VG you have, the less flavor you are supposed to have. Strangely enough, I really am finding that A) 4 out of my top 5 favorites have between 15%-0% PG. And B) once you enter territory above 50% PG, flavor seriously suffers.
But maybe I am just weird.....

For bringing out the most flavor, you need to use a dripping atomizer (either premade or an Rebuildable Dripping Atomizer "RDA").

A good juice delivery device is just as important as the quality of an e-liquid.

I've had my new Vision Aurora BFTs out for a test run this weekend. I love them. Preserve the flavor just as well as dripping IMO. I'll be ordering a few more.

Looked up the aurora ....it is a smidge pricey for me right now....
I just got a bunch of eVod's... And replacement heads. Have more heads on order....
So the heads installed are 2.4ohms, the replacements are 1.8 ohms, and the ones on order are 2.0ohms.
Question....I have one 1.8ohm floating between my three 2.4's in use. How the heck do I figure out which one was the 1.8??? I don't honestly feel/see/taste a difference. So it is entirely possible it is in my *just cleaned* basket....but I really wish there was some mark on the head or something.

Yeah....they aren't cheap, but they are worth it. I am also a fan of the bridgeless attys. Good, affordable option.

The Kanger heads should have the ohms printed on them in white ink. I was trying to find a pic but couldn't. You have to really look.

Also, if you are having trouble tasting your liquids, you may have better luck with the lower resistance attys. Try the 1.8 and 2.0 and see if there isn't a noticeable difference.

PM me as I'm not sure how kosher it is to link to vendors in a reg. post that may not be affiliated w/ ECF.

Jef, thank you. The phoenix v4 RDA is pretty!!! I might have to pull the trigger on that one!

And they are pretty straight forward to build. I won the one I have, and I was able to do it. Kanthel and wick is darn cheap, and the whole shabang would still be less than $15. It's small, but that helps the flavor and you get a decent hit. Also, the metal is soft, so if you wanted a larger airhole, it easy to do without a drill.
