Confirm before un subscribing thread?

I would like to see a confirmation implemented when unsubscribe is selected from the list of threads on the user control panel. Currently it just unsubscribes if you accidentally hit it.

Unfortunately, that's not a core feature in vBulletin and would require custom coding.
