Confused about guarantee

Hi,
Will someone from Bloog please explain?
The Guarantee seems to say 2 different things.
The first sentence says that any Bloog product has a money back guarantee:

our electronic cigarette Guarantee is simple, straightforward, and hands down the best in the industry. Your experience with Bloog products will be to your complete satisfaction or we will refund 100% of the purchase price.

Then if you read further it states that only complete kits have the money back guarantee
and that parts(which are still Bloog products!) only have a defective part warranty!:

Electronic cigarette starter kits may be returned for a Full Refund within (35) days of receipt, allowing you to try the Bloog for a full month before deciding. All other Bloog products, excluding cartridges, are guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects for (3) months from date of receipt. For health and sanitary reasons electronic cigarette cartridges are not returnable

So my question is:which is it
A 100% money back guarantee on all Bloog products.
OR only on the kits with all other products only having a defect warranty?

Just so we are clear.... Bloog is 100% guaranteed! If you do not like it or you are having a problem with your product from Bloog, you will be allowed to exchange or return your item. As with most other companies, we do have a 30-90 day window. 30 days, any product, can be returned. 90 days for the batteries that are defective.... We will stand by our products and we do take customer service very seriously, however, we can not accept outrageous returns... ( like, " oh I have had my bloog for two years now, and I would like it exchanged for the maxx fusion because I hear this one is better!" ) LOL.

yes for simply not liking it if you return it within 30 days... you will receive a full refund.

well technically, if you say 'or it's free' means you get to keep it. Otherwise it should say 'or return for a full refund'.


Agreed. I would think that language will disappear on the new site, because I don't think there's a "try it and if you don't like it we'll just let you keep it" policy. Everyone would just call and say "yeah, I have a ProVari at 6V and this thing isn't close to the best" and have a free BMF kit.


I agree, a bit misleading. I am not going to call it "the best" I have ever tried, I have had many, but each has their good points, and right now the Bloog fits my bill perfectly. (would be better with a shorter battery...) haha, shameless plug yet again.


I was asked about the BMF recently, and the best I could come up with was "it does a damn good job at making me not want a cigarette."
