Confused about hardware compatibility

Is there a thread that has a list of hardware that is interchangeable. I know this has to be a common question. I was looking at getting an atomizer for my kr8 so I can make it a little more versatile is that 901's? I wanted to get some more atomizers for the Inferno and didn't know if the magma atomizers were the best to use or get others... are they 510's? See I am confused as to what works with what.
I know I have Kanger cartomizers for the kr8 and I need Boge but before I order any of these things I need to get it all straight so I can order properly.
My e-cig hardware:
V2 kr8 starter kit = 1 manual battery & 1 auto battery plus lots of crappy cartomizers
Inferno starter kit = 2 batteries + added a cisco atty and drip tip + blank e2 r4 cartomizer pack
Joye 510 = 2 manual batteries, 2 std atomizers, 5pk of cartomizers, 2 drip tips

I have cartomizers for all of them, now I just need better cartomizers for the kr8, a couple of atomizers for the kr8 so I can drip with it too, and extra atomizers for the Inferno.
If anyone knows of a chart or thread that lists this stuff it would be most helpful. I tried to find info on a couple of supplier sites and failed. I just am not 100% certain what to order for the kr8 or if I should stick with the magma atomizers. Every time I think I am getting the hang of this I am humbled by how little I know.

901 attty's will work fine on an 808 battery. 901 batteries on the other hand require an adapter to use 808 cartos due to lack of air vents. Never messed with 510's so I can't help you out there. Someone will chime in before to long, and get you squared away.

Funny. I started out with a V2. It took me nearly a week to find out that it's a KR808D-1. I believe that a 901 is the same as a KR808D-1, but I can't swear to it.

I do know that the Ego, Vgo and 510 are all cross-compatible, although I've read that it's possible to burn out 510 atomizers with a Ego Mega battery. Can't verify that.

Your vaping arsenal is almost identical to mine, except that I have a Joye Ego.

Not 100% positive, but fairly sure that the Inferno is 510. It's another version of the eGo as far as I understand it.

The inferno is a 510 model...a nice kit,
it can use all 510 items, except ego mega attys and carts...these are oversized attys that are solely built to accept oversized carts...that hold more juice, they will "fit" on an inferno but they will not screw down and feel a bit unsteady. You will easily recognize these as they replace the cone and don't taper...

however all other 510 cartomizers, attomizers (with the above exception), cisco 306 attys...and so on will fit on them.

Thanks everyone for the help and the link too. It can be confusing to find what you need and what's compatible. I understand particular vendors don't want you ordering from others so they aren't always forthcoming. It took me forever to figure out what model the V2 kr8 was too. And the Inferno is my new favorite but it looks like I'm puffing on a cigar when out in public so I save it for home/car use. This has helped a bunch.
