Folks New here so bear with me please why I expose my ignorance.

Long story short, bought a couple of kits, one I really liked.
The Vapor King from electronic cigarettes inc. But when I tried looking around for less expensive batteries and Atty's I came up on a site called Vapor4life which sells....tada Vapor Kings.

Well I looked and tried to research to see if there the same products.
My Vapor king does not have a cartomizers but is a three piece set with a battery/Atty/Catridge theirs looks like a two piece set. Mine almost looks like a 510 vs their 808d... Can anybody clear up this mystery for me?

Thanks in Advance.

Different companies entirely; Vapor4Life sells a version of the KR808 called the Vapor King. Check out their forum on the ECF Approved Suppliers at the bottom of the main forum page; always 20 - 40 people online at any time. Any questions you have will be instantly answered by all the good V4L fans there. Regarding your "Vapor King 510" model, check for that supplier there also, but I am not familiar with it at all.

Someone correct me if I am wrong, but the PV you bought from Electronic Cig's Inc., is a 510 branded with their trademark name. Like Totally Wicked sells the 510 as the Titan, Janty the Dura and so on. Vapor4Life sells their PV under the same name but it is a 2 piece (Model KR808) as you said which uses cartomizers. You will want to buy accessories for the 510.

Welcome to the forum and Happy Vaping!

WOW!! that was quick. :)
First thank you for your informative responses, This site has a wealth of information and people who seem to love sharing it.

My "vapor king" really does look like a 510 which I hope is the case because I have ordered some spare parts for a 510. But as I was researching options I happen to come up on the vapor4life site and that threw me for a loop. I'll have to email the folks at the first company and hope they'll tell me what model their e-cigarette is based on.

As a recent analog convert I'm thrilled to no end at being able to find something that so far cross my fingers has abated my need for a cigarette.

Peace and Thank You folks again.

You will find a very passionate support group here no what the brand or model; most of us have been extremely successful ditching analogs, and that's what really counts. This site has helped me more than anything I have ever seen anywhere online, and I'm sure it will do the same for you. Enjoy the technology and your newfound health!

If it really is similar to a 510 then cheers to you! I have heard good things, howver I have used the real VK and am very satisfied, wouldnt change a thing about it. The Vk is my first I have tried yet, I love it. Would recommend just getting comfortable with whatever it is that you have, outside of that ask for opinions of different juices/models no problem!

There are so many willing experts to help ya out!

You've run into the problem of many vapers. The companies buy a bulk amount from China and have their logos or names printed on the unit and the boxes. Then you, the consumer, have to figure out the model number. That is why this http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...pdated-pictures-most-common-e-cig-models.html is in the ECF Library. It will allow you to compare what you have in hand, but from the sounds of it, it's a 510.

So I went over to the Electronic Cigarettes Inc website, and their Vapor King is definately a rebranded Joye 510, and not the cartomizer using VK like Vapor for Life carries. Congrats on your purchase, you have in your hands the benchmark in ecig performance :) If you'd like to stock up, I'd recommend Cignot for 510 kits, Cignot your Midwest Electronic Cigarette store.. You can get another kit like you have for $35, then you'll have 5 more carts, 2 more attys, 2 more batteries, and a spare charger. Enjoy!

The Titan 510 at Electronic Cigarettes is most likely a rebranded Joye 510. The gold band is just larger on the batts than a Joye. That company is a reseller too. Another supplier told me that when you order from EC your order actually goes to another company that ships the product. I'd just as soon stick with Joye products. I'd think the quality would be better.
