Hi all, I'm quite new to vaping and bought an Aspire K3 to start with and have been using it for 6 months.

I've just bought a new device a Innokin cool fire 4 with a Apex tank, I love the Apex tank and its unique twist top filling.

My question is could I buy another Innokin Apex tank and fit it to my Aspire K3, would it fit work without damaging my K3 mod? It would be great for stealth vaping.

Thanks

Hi and welcome,

Both devices have "510" threading. (almost EVERY device currently on the market is threaded "510""

However, the K3 is limited to coil heads above 1Ω. (3 amp limit/5.5V output).
Which coil are you using with the Apex?

Cheers

If you already notice the difference between the .5Ω and the 1.8Ω, you have a general idea of the difference between the 1Ω and the 2Ω.
Battery life will be best with the higher resistances (1.5Ω and up)
Clouds will be less, heat will be less, TH will be less with the higher resistances as well.
Me being you, I would take a look around for similar sized, tube style device, that would fire the coils that you like.
The K3/tank is 18mm, the Apex is a 22mm tank I believe.
