There are a few options for filling your carto's. If you have a syringe that to me is the easiest way. You pop off the rubber plug, that's the end without the threads, fill the syringe with your juice of choice, insert it down the outside edge between the stuffing and metal wall, slowly fill at about a 45 degree angle, when it starts dripping out the threaded end it's full. Let it sit for about 10 minutes at least, blow through the non treaded end on to a paper towel, it'll knock any excess juice out and you are good to go.

Another way is to use the big rubber condom lookin caps that came on it. It is much easier to check out a YouTube video than have me explain it. Just search cartomizer condom fill.

How I fill Vapor4Life KR8 cartos and Boge 510 cartos

Pop out the soft cap with an unbent paperclip in the mouth hole, very careful not to catch stuffing or the wire loop.
Shake and open the eliquid
Hold a bit of tissue on the threaded end hole, tilt the carto, and add 18 drops per ml of capacity into the stuffing (Boges and most KR8 cartos are about 1ml).
Wait 15 seconds or so then see how many more drops the carto stuffing will soak in easily.
Clean up the threaded end, tilt open end down into tissue, puff into threaded end to clear air channel (Boges and the KR8 cartos I use have a defined center air channel and I want to see light through that)
Sop up any loose juice above the stuffing
Cap and let it settle - I lay it on different sides for 15-20 minutes to make sure every bit of stuffing gets damp so I won't singe the carto. if you use thicker juice than me (I use 20% Vg or less) then you may need to wait much longer.

While vaping, if the vapor gets a bit light or a bit dry or the carto is getting hotter than normal, I take the carto off the battery and add eliquid. I sometimes use a plastic or delrin drip tip as a mouthpiece on Boge and KR8 cartos (not to drip into since the juice would head for the central air channel)

And you still need atomizers to test juices and to vape ones that are too thick for cartos or didn't earn a carto. Only put juices you love in cartos. Cartos have limited lives and you cannot replace the stuffing. Somebother to try to clean and dry them and some of those succeed. I can't be bothered. I save them in case I am out of cartos some time but I have not tried to clean one yet.

After you think you have your carto completely full, replace both condom cups, put the carto in a plastic shopping bag threaded end in first, right into the corner of the bottom of the bag, use a twist tie just above the carto to keep it from flopping around, then take the shopping bag handles and start spinning the bag real fast with your wrist like you were making circles. Do this about a dozen times and then take the carto out, take the condom cups off and I'll bet you will see that the filler is dry on top. If so, add more juice and repeat. Be sure to replace the condom cups or the juice will spill out the end. I usually do this twice but sometimes it may take 3 times. Centripetal force will force the juice to the threaded end and you will get more juice in the carto this way. And it's quick. There are lots of other ways of doing this but a shopping bag is something that everybody has on hand. I now use a penstyle lanyard to do this method. It's called the Taryn Spin.
