Confused with me ego

Hello,first time posting here!

Ive spent quite some time trying to figure out why my ego-N 650 mah is puttin out more flavor and vapor then my ego twist, no matter what voltage i set it at.

I'm shifting between a kanger protank mini v2 (re-wicked with cotton), an iclear 30, and a CE4 V2 clearomizer.

Could someone explain to me, or maybe my twist is just not working right?

Because the ego is fixed voltage, probably. You need to find out what that voltage is, and just set to the twist to that or very close to it. The tendancy with VV is to turn it up higher to get more vapour, however this can give muted flavour, or even introduce off flavours.

When you first give up smoking it's very hard to judge the correct voltage from flavour alone as your sense of taste is still ruined from smoking. As the weeks and months pass the sense of taste comes back and you will know very quickly when the voltage is too high.

Something that is hard to tell until this happens is that if you burn the juice on a coil, the flavour doesn't come good straight away when you turn it down. Sometimes a burnt coil just needs to be scrapped.

Something that you may have over looked. Take off your tank/clearo/or whatever... Get a piece of toilet tissue and twist it into the firing pin of your spinner/twist. Does it come out wet? Now try your tank again and you'll have improved power to your tank.
It's worth doing this as part of your daily vape routine as if it's left a- kind-of siphoning of the juice in your tank could happen and empty your tank over your battery.YMMV

Thank's for the quick reply's!
My twist is set for 3.8 atm. and i tried nearly every setting, in 0,1 volt increments (the best i can on a twist) and the vapor never seems to get as good as on the ego-n.
I tried cleaning the firing button and it helped a little, but it's still not the same.

Most egos fire at 3.3v, maybe try taking it down to that

Generally at full charge the fixed batteries run between 3.9 volts (at absolute max capacity) to 3.7 volts and keep dropping from there, if you keep your twist a little higher than this, you should produce the same amount of flavor as long as your contacts are clean on both the pin on the battery, as well as the threads, and the coil pin on your tanks (as well as their threads) Sometimes, depending on the model, you may have to take a pliers to lower the coil's pin to make a stronger connection with your battery, as some of them have a lower pin down in the 510 connector. I know that this was the case on MY protank mini v2. I was using someones VV and they have a super low pin, and at first my tank would not even fire, I grabbed a small needle nose and wiggled the pin down a little bit (from the gromet/insulator on the bottom of the coil) and it fired perfectly after that.
Hope this helps! (at least a little, lol)
