I have been vaping for over 3 years but just joined the forum. I have mainly used the cigarette type batteries both manual and automatic. I started out over at V2 and am now over at Bloog with a few I can't even remember in between. I have been through many batteries and pass throughs last me about a month if I am lucky. There really has to be something more durable out there. That is why I joined this forum. But it seems the more I read the more confused I get. I have so much wrapped up in different batteries and chargers and juice etc. I am half afraid to try something else. I just would like something that lasts more than a month. But there is just so much to consider and a lot of things that I do not understand. I always just bought a starter kit and replaced the batteries till I got discouraged and moved on to the next vender. I do buy Blank Cartomizers and juice from Tasty Vapor as I found it much cheaper than the pre-filled ones. I just need a battery or whatever that isn't useless within a month. I have more than one battery I like to have at least 4 at a time so I am always sure of having one charged so it is not like I am re-charging one battery over and over. Any help would be welcomed.

Hi Pam. If you're ready to upgrade to a bit larger batteries, I recommend this kit:

http://www.myvaporstore.com/Vision_Spinner_Joye_Ego_C_Twist_Combo_p/vvs-c.htm

It's got all you need to get you started; I would order one big 1300 mAh Spinner, a smaller eGo Twist (650 mAh), a T3 and and eVod and and a few extra coils (they are sold separately).

If you want to stay with the kr808D-1 connection, check the Smokeless Image website. They offer tiny clearomizers for your small batteries, and they carry their own version of the Spinner Volt which is kr808 threaded--and the T3 clearomizers.

Good luck!

Welcome to the forum Pam. I have been here a couple days and have found it very inviting. Yes there is quite a bit of information to take in, however. Don't let the hobbyists intimidate you... ;)

I took Katya's advice and got the kit below to start. I haven't vaped anything but some samples in a local smoke shop, so I don't know my ... from a hole in the ground at present... but, after consulting with a few people in and around the forums, it's a "good value" reccomendation. I particularly like that the Kanger T3 is 1) cheap if you want to replace the atty OR 2) very easy to rebuild.

My 2c, good luck~!

I am just a bit confused as I said before I only used the one type and knew I needed something better but was not sure just what that was. I really appreciate any input or help. What I have seen so far looks promising. I am just a bit confused on the extra coils, would that be an Atomizer Head? I see nothing that says coil if not could you please direct me to them. Thank-You.

That Vision Spinner is what I bought over 30 days ago and still use...It's GREAT! I was like you, and wanted long battery life...so I chose 3 of the 1300 mAh Bats. I bought 3 batteries, as my husband was going to start this vaping adventure with me..this way we always have one back up battery. Usually you get 1 hour of battery life per 100mAh...I'm a pretty heavy Vapor, and I usually get 1.5 days out of my battery before charging. n that kit, the Kanger T3s are what I would choose. I started out with Viva Nova tanks...then a couple weeks later, order the Kanger T3s...my husband prefers the Nova tanks over the Kanger tanks. The are much less of a hassle...because lets face it every one...the Kangers to tend to gurgle/leak some where down the line. If you can spare the extra $$ you may want to pick up a Viva Nova Tank...or some time later on...one good thing about the Nova tanks...they come with 3 Heads already...so when one does go out, you'll have back up already at home. I personally like the Kanger tanks for myself. As you can see...every one has their preferences as whats best for them.

MyVapeStore is where I get most all my supplies...they are really good about getting your stuff shipped out pretty fast.

If you'll use this Coupon Code: 5ecf at check out, it will give you 5% off your order.

Good luck!!
