Hey gang,
I'm starting to sense that there is no way in hell I'll be able to wait for Provari 3, so starting to look at the Provari Mini.
I want to be able to go from the smallest battery to the largest one.
Am I correct to understand that with the extension rings I can make the Mini take the same batteries as it's big brother?

Also, what's the base choice for the batteries and the charger? Can I get a charger that handles both the mini batteries as well as the bigger ones? Does such a thing exist???

Thanks much,

AlBaron

The mini takes an 18350, it takes an 18490 with the extension cap....tatroe makes some rings that will take it to an 18650. Can't go wrong with a provari mini. The best (and only) recommended battery is AW IMR batteries with button tops. Just about all battery chargers take all 3 sizes. Nitecore makes good ones.

They sell the batteries on their site, think they reccomand AW. As for chargers take a look at the efest luc v4. Brother just got one and it really is a nice charger, nice display, can charge 18350-22650, way better then the nitecore I have.

Looks like provari sells the extension as well as tatroe
