I have heard people whining about KVB's turn around times & 'ordering windows'...

In my nearly two years vaping, I have discovered that QC (quality control) is a term totally foreign to most boutique juice makers.
This is not the case with KVB. I love that I KNOW when I order a refill, once steeped, it will be the EXACT same flavor, color & viscosity as the last bottle.

If getting this level of quality & consistency means that I can't place an order whenever the urge strikes & maybe I have to wait a bit to get it, I can live with that.

Thank you KVB.

 Thanks guys :) The biggest part of the reason why we've endured the ordering windows is to ensure QC is up to what we ourselves would expect from a vendor. We also had similar experiences in the negative way early on from companies growing too fast and that was the last thing we were going to let happen to KBV.

I know not all agree, and we've lost a lot of potential business by operating the way we do, but we figure it's better to have a reliable customer base that returns every month than one that deteriorates because we got greedy and hired mixers who don't know what they're doing to process as many orders as possible. Thank you all for reassuring us we are staying the course we set out on and that it is, by many, the way they prefer to see a business ran :)

I couldn't agree more. If waiting to order two or three days is a problem, then order somewhere else. After one finds something they like, keeping a comfortable supply is part of the process. I think that it is a mature decision to offer the public your product at the best level even if there is a limitation on it. Fewer superiors is better than many inferiors!!

Thanks player, rest assured we are constantly looking at ways to streamline and recently invested in new mixing stations that allow us to process more order without sacrificing quality. Also, our ordering windows have averaged 48 hours or so, so we're open over 1/2 the week. We believe in fast shipping and are sticklers about that and maybe we put too much pressure on ourselves in that regard but the majority of all order are processed in 24-48 hours.

Again thank you as We've taken quite a bit of heat through nasty emails and feedback over this but it was a mission statement that we set out with and stood our ground on, despite the fact that in the process we lost a lot of potential business.

I've said it before -- the vaping community is incredibly spoiled by our vendors. The idea that someone would send a nasty e-mail because a custom-made product didn't ship for 72 hours is inconceivable to me, more so because you actually state ON THE FRONT PAGE exactly how long it will take.

If it's too long for you to wait, bozo, order somewhere else. Or make your own.
