Consistently Great Time Service

Just wanted to thanks the folks at FSUSA for their great time service.

Began ordering in early 2011, and just received my 4th order of merchandise. I typically order on Thursday nights or Friday mornings, and my orders consistently reach my mailbox the following Monday (West Coast to East Coast, no less).

Wish some of the other vendors were that consistent in order fulfillment !

Same here. I ordered Saturday night and within minutes received a confirmation email, less fifteen minutes later the order was being processed and on sunday the click and ship email. The package was at the post office by Monday and Wednesday the package was in my mailbox.

this could maybe turn into an appreciation thread? i've never had such great service from anyone. super fast delivery, great flavors, great prices. the shipping invoice being hand signed by your staff. man, i feel really appreciated when my order comes in. i'm very happy i found such folks to do business with. your strong work ethic shines bright. i won't buy from anyone else.
