I've contacted Provape but want to make sure I'm not missing something else! My mini is just giving e nothing but fits! I put an atty on and they all check LO on Provari, I ohm them and they are 1.7 to 2.3 ohms on my meter. Put them on other mods, they work fine? Once in a great while it will fire, but mostly I get E-1 or E-8 errors!
I've soaked it in alcohol three times, cleaned the contacts (the board seems loose in mine?) cleaned the threads and stretched the spring. Anything I've missed so far?
I really loved my mini, but I'm starting to doubt if it's durable enough for me!

So far Provape has been very helpful, but unsuccessful! As no one seems to have an answer to this I'll pass on what I've learned so far on the matter.
It was suggested to use a metal polish to clean the 510 center pin using a Q-tip, the use another Q-tip with alcohol to clean out the residue. Do this twice, then dry it with a towel. I must admit I was amazed at how dirty it really was!
The other suggestion was to clean out the battery contact inside the body using a Q-tip and alcohol until it's shiny, I never could get mine to shine. Also to clean the terminals on the batteries.
None of these suggestions helped, just seemed to make the E-1 code come up faster. I then gave the entire unit another Iso bath and let it dry. After drying, same thing, instant E-1 code. The batteries tested at 4.2v in the unit, I tried dripping atties, new carto's, old carto's and RBA's, instant E-1 and LO atty readings.
But hey, at least I'm not getting E-8's, right?

Sawlight, please send in your unit, at those ohms, it shouldnt be giving you those errors unless there is a short in the atomizer somewhere.

I'm on it, Kenny, it should be off tomorrow. Like I've said, I've ohm'd everything with my MAC Tools (Fluke built) meter, and all test good, and I've tried plenty!
Please don't take this thread the wrong way, I am STUPID HARD on things and this was my main hesitation on buying one! You make a fine product, you're customer service has done nothing but bend over backwards to help me, and it's still under warrenty! I've no complaints on your end at all, I just am wondering if it's the right thing for my lifestyle now.
