I have some things to suggest to you to improve the site,
1.) when you mouse over the "View Cart" link you have the little quickview thing pop up to display the cart which is a cool feature, but it kinda gts on my nerves a little. I accidentally go over it all the time then i have to click the "x" And then right after i click the X, the mouse happens to be right over it and it becomes an endless cycle. See if you can set it to have where you need to hover over the link for like 2 seconds or something, or have the little pop up appear somewhere different. Maybe the upper left corner or something...
2.) The layout of the Cartridges>KR808D-1 needs some help. Its three pages long. The layout on the DSE801 page is MUCH better. (or have each flavor as their own link with the ability to select strenghts seperate. A radio button, or maybe a drop down.
3.) On the order status screen, you have the link in all caps that says track your order. This link does not work for me, i get a screen that says invalid input. (maybe it works on other browsers IDK) (im using IE 8)

Im not trying to nit pick or anything, just some room for improvments i noticed. If you like, ill add any others that i notice.

I have another suggestion for the site..there's nothing that states what 'extra's' are needed when you buy from the GG lineup! If I hadn't been a member of ECF, I'd have been pretty disappointed, (to say the least), when my bare-bones GG Slim showed up in the mail!

There should be links to all that's required when you buy ANY of the GG's or at least put the fact that you need to purchase the batteries, charger, atomizers, etc. in the description with the body.

e.g. When you pull up the GG Super Slim, after the description, there should be something like this.."The GG SS uses 2 10440 batteries. Available here. Charger available here. As this is HV unit, you will also require HV atomizers. Available here."

Something else that would be nice would be a set of instructions. Most mods don't come with anything. Without ECF, how are people supposed to know how these things should be put together? It takes 5 mins, tops, to sit down and write a simple instructional sheet and less than 30 seconds to print it out and fire it into the box with new orders.

By implementing both of these suggestions, I'm sure your 'dumb questions sent to the site' email count would dramatically decrease. I know that I sure had to bug the hell out of you when I was ordering mine!

Hey Beef,

Unfortunately there isn't much I can do about the mouseover on the quick cart feature. I will check with my web guy though and see if he can put some kind of delay in there possibly.

You are correct, the KR808D-1 cartomizer category is a huge mess basically. The reason it is that way is because it was the fastest way to add all of them at once...I had like 20 flavors to add to the site at once. Adding the drop down takes a little extra time that I didn't have at that moment. When we switch to the 510 cartomizers this will be different.

Another customer pointed out to me about the tracking function and I finally sat down yesterday and fixed it.

I do appreciate your comments good or bad (and none were bad!).

Thanks
Rob

Heya Domino,

The reason behind this is twofold. One, lack of time (again :(). The second reason is in a backwards kinda way it prevents people who really aren't experienced enough to have one from buying one...I know that sounds kinda backwards but I've had plenty of calls from people who were ready to buy but honestly had no clue or had never smoked and e-Cig period. I've never been the type of person to sell something just to get it sold. I know some people may fall between the crack of should have and shouldn't have and usually if I talk to them personally I can head them in the right direction. I'd much rather talk/email with a customer and find out their needs (and expectations) than have someone unhappy with a $150-200 product.

The other problem with supplying links to all the necessary parts is it would quickly turn into a more confusing maze since the GGTS does so much with so many different batteries and atomizers.

You are absolutely right some instructions do need to be included. Unfortunately I'm the type that can't do that in 5 minutes...a Post-It note for me turns into a book after 2-3 hours.

I started doing some little videos about various parts of the TS and I really need to do a "ok, let's unpack your GG and set it up" video...perhaps in the next few days I can sit down and get that done. I know it is long overdue.

I do appreciate your feedback by all means. :)

Thanks
Rob

Isn't there any other providers of the KR808D-1 cartos you can go through? I don't know if i would want to use an adapter to use cartos for the 501. It seems as though it would be a bit of a hassle to switch the adapter everytime i switch to a diff battery...

Honestly, I'm disapointed... However, I understand the need to make business decisions, and if it as bad as you say to deal with Kanger, then i can't hold it against you.
