I currently have an Aspire mini with an istick 20. I also have 2 Aspire CE5-S for quick flavor changes. I’d really like to get a 2nd mod since I really don’t have a backup for my istick. (I still have my Blu Plus kit, but that doesn’t really count) I also would like to pick up another decent tank. I have been very satisfied with my Aspire Mini and could always get a second one, but didn’t want to be narrow minded as I’m sure there are plenty of great tank options out there.

Istick 20 has been great so far except for having to prod the ring under the pin once in a while. I like the usb charge option and being able to adjust wattage/voltage. Also something that has enough power to fire sub-ohm if I get a sub-ohm tank now or at some future date. A few I’ve looked at are the istick 30 & 50, and the MVP3.

I've tried lots of things and have dialed in to "my" perfect and relatively inexpensive vape. I've had mechs, vv/vws, kanger tanks, aspire tanks, eleaf tank, evods, aerotanks, etc. I currently use "daily" my 2-30W isticks and my 50W istick, all with subtank minis. The iStick 50W with a subtank mini is my new love. That said, the tank is best for lung hits, not mouth to lung...so depends on your style. I haven't even considered other tanks or devices since going to this setup. BTW, can subohm on the 30W and 50W iSticks.

I have used the mvp 2 and the vtr. I hated the vtr and it fell apart. My gfs mvp 3 lasted about a day before it went to ..... Now im trying the i stick 50 ive only used it for a few days but i like it with my sub tank many. Ive only used the .5 ohm coils for it. We both ordered the delta 2 tanks last night to try. There seems to be a ton of good reviews out there for those tanks. The sub ohm coils in the kangertech sub ohm mini taste a world better to me, than any other tank, even right at about 22-23 watts.

Not sure if thats what you are looking for. Just my two pennies.

Istick 30 with Subtank mini is my best vape ever!! (I have had a bunch, even built my own SX-350) this setup is amazing! Only negative is the non-replaceable lipo, but for $35 it's worth it.

I don't see any reason not to stay with isticks. I have a 30 and 2- 50's. If you are not sure about subbin then I'd just get a 30w for now and you might want to try the eleaf GS Air. I just bought a couple and got em today. Great flavor and cloud with a fine tuning air draw adjustment I really like. I drip and sub myself but this little tank has got me thinkin about changing my vaping habits. I'm getting plenty of vape and flavor with it and they are less than $10. No leaks or flooding or dry hits. it will easily take power at up to 16w (probably more) and wicks 80 vg juice great. I think I'll order some more. :)
