I'm getting along better with my ego, but still not quite there. Boge LR's helped a bit, but I'm mostly dripping on the 510 atty. I'm thinking that a 4v-6v mod will take me where I've been trying to go.

I started looking at VV tubes and mods. The Infinity Pro caught my eye - seems to have a good following and not as pricey as others.

I've also considered the Go Go, although not VV it seems to have a pretty good following as well.

Is it worth $100+ to try a VV mod or should I keep mixing and matching with the ego?

I have a VV box mod from Madvapes, I use this device the most now..The vapor is so much thicker and more satisfying than my Roughstacks. My favorite setup on the VV is 4.8volts with a 2.0 ohm dual carto.. I also switched to 50/50 pg vg ratio. This ratio really works on dual cartos better than a single coil cartomizer would. If I could afford a Provari, I'd probably would get one, but I'm happy with what I have now.

even though the provari sets you back $200 it is a strong solid PV and worth the money...I now use tanks and the one feature i'm always using that i think only the provari has is checking the resistance of the atty/cartomizer...I like this about the provari because once you fill up 5ml's of juice and then you find out that the carto is not the resistance you like it can be a mess getting a new one into it...

I like the simple (no battery) pass through approach as a low cost intro.

For a power supply, multiple ecf vendors have the 2a car cig lighter adapters, and walmart online has the $10 iq dual usb 2a ac power supply.

(personally I really like, use, the notcigs infinity and buzz pro, though there are other solid vv out there )
