The bad- Can get expensive if you aren't careful

good: Vendors are always having contests like this one which keep things fun.

bad: I can't always go to a local store and pick up supplies when I need to whereas cigarettes are everywhere.

good: Not having to worry about a friend bumming a few smokes because juice prices tend to be very reasonable.

bad: Dry hits, burnt hits, shorts and other minor inconsistencies
