I do try to educate people on the importance of not littering. There is no need and that includes cig. butts.

I will tell you though, people who don't want to get their ashtray dirty so they throw the butts on the ground, make me want to rip their heads off.

When I see someone throw a coke cup, gum wrapper, etc. Pick it up, catch up with them and tell them they dropped this.
