I post in earnest, nearly 3 years after the I was told to go away. I had a soft spot for HHV at the time. It was very cool that the top rated vendor in the United States was just up the road. But that was a long time ago.

Since the quoted post HHV wants to make good. Fair enough. I never was vested with the energy to carry on a beef. I never pushed the matter. They're folks I used to do business with.
We were all using Boge cartos the last time we did business.

Generous offer Bronze, however, I would hate for people to think that we are ducking genx... We pride ourselves on our customer service and we want to make this right. I just wish our customer communication back then was as good as it is today. We handle mistakes like this now as soon as we are made aware there is a problem.

I have no problem with people raising customer service issues (though this thread isn't the place). For all I know he is completely right and HHV dropped the ball. I have no idea. It's not my business. It isn't the topic but rather the caustic approach that has no place. Moving on.

Delete if you please. I'm not asking for anything. The last time I spoke with HHV they had a laugh. That was that. I still take their news letter, so when they asked me to make them laugh, I obliged. Funny once, twice and again right.
