On your settings page...click on the number by the "replies" next to the thread you wish to check.

At the top of the thread use search thread, hit advanced, enter username and search.

You can also just go OUT to the main page & hover over the big envelope at the beginning of the Thread listing & it will tell ya' how many posts you have in the thread...& the little green arrow signify's that you have posted in said thread .......... Good Luck to all
