I'm SO over smoking. 3 months and I ain't looking back. 30 years of lung abuse and ashes on my clothes and stinking up my house and coughing and feeling out of breath.....smoking one 5 minutes before running a 5k....


I don't miss it one bit.

I'm a little over 2 months and I still have one once and a while. They taste terrible and I wonder why I lit up again.
