Feels great. I told one of my managers about my switch to PV's and gave him some info on it... He's now going on 2 weeks of no cigs! He's actually only really smoking the rough nicotine equivalent of 3 cigs a day, and he says he feels great 
Which reminds me! Thank you so much, ECF, for the business cards, I've been passing them out like flyers to anyone and everyone who lets me rant at them about the benefits of switching. Though few people actually follow through, I'm still spreading the word effectively and that is success in itself! It almost feels like I should be getting paid by someone for how much I'm advertising- I have my sales pitch DOWN!
