Anyone here ever tried baking cakes?

I am thinking of baking a new flavorful cake.

Anyone knows besides bakeking, which other bakery shops in singapore sells complete range of flavours, essences and oils ?

Also any recommendations on good strong flavours ?

Asked the man how to sweeten up juices and he recommends glucose syrup ........... zzzzzzzzzzzzz

Any sifu here who share how they sweeten up their juices ?

Hmm i am still tryin to whip out my own flavors based on the flavorings at phoon huat..tho i still dont know how to sweeten it up more cos i dont really like my vape to be too sweet..and anyways, i think your atty would gunk up faster if you put too much sweeteners

Do not add anything with sugar to ur juice.

Get ethyl malthol instead.

Or you can try getting TPA/TFA Cotton candy flavor , its 10% EM in PG form.

Go ColdStorage, buy "Splenda" in liquid form, which is actually 100% sucralose, that's the artificial sweetener that could be used in baking.

I tried using stevia ( jovia in singapore). It was YUCKS !

Maybe i should try splenda. Thanks for the tip

Of course it is a cooking class. Imagine the various flavors coming from the kitchen ; durian, peach, apple, banana, hazelnut, peach, etc....

Absinthe is available online, so is brandy or bourbon, or vanilla, I do see some brandy or bourbon flavour locally, not sure what brand but label is black and red in color..

Absinthe if used too much taste very herbal, so be careful, P and V will each require different ratio so you'll have to experiment..

So far liqour flavours are one of the most straight forward type, easy for beginners, mix, driptaste, repeat till you shiok, no vinegar, sweetener, heating or steeping required..
