This is what I started with. I used the circut from an Njoy to provide the ability to charge through the 510 adapter.
All wired up ready to heat shrink and install in the box.
see the ash cap. I just left it intact and wired it to the battery and the 510 connector. I hope you can see the detail of how it is wired.
There is a small hole drilled into the lid of the box between the switch and the 510 connector. I used a small dab of 5min epoxy to secure the ash cap from the Njoy so you can see the led when it is charging and when the battery needs charging. Epoxy holds the 510 in place too.
Its charging with a 420mah charger. You can see the Njoy charging light on the lid as a red dot above the I in MINTS. I could use my chepo USB unproteced charger as the Njoy circut protects the battery from over charging. The battery may be protected with a circut too I'm not sure if it is or not but better safe than sorry.
The Switch is from Raido Shack.
Size comparison Left to Right 1300mah Vision Spinner with Kanger Mini T3s, Bic Lighter mod, Cool2Mints with Phoenix v2 RDA.
The Bic is made the same with the Njoy circut and a 10440 the led shows right through the body. Tight fit! Epoxy and a vise got it together.
Very cool! Nicely done. I think because it's Friday is the reason for no response. Wait until Sunday evening.
i love your mod. the fact that the bic is one is rad too. i'm itching to build something. I just found the perfect board to cut down for a box mod. keep on keepin on

I got 2 phoenix one in the box still that is anodized the other stainless is shown in the pic I just had to modify and rebuild.
I used 5 turns of 32ga kanthal wire around some 3mm wick and drilled out the air holes.
It works much better than stock.
I'm not really into dripping but I do use it when I'm testing a bunch of flavors I can just drip a few drops on vape till its gone and tru the next one.
The stainless one is heavy well built nice seals I can't belive they don't charge more for the stainless ones.
nice mod adyson ! if you have room in there I would put a small low ohms pt fuse in there . like your charging method !

Hope you can see from the pic before the shrink wrap has been shrunk. But you just replace the coil and battery from the enjoy add your switch and battery connect it to the 510 adapter. Hope that makes sense?
On the ejoy pry around the ash cap till you get it lose an gently pull it out of the tube. It will all come out cut the tape holding the wires to the battery then you can see what your doing.
I have a blu and suspect it works exactly the same.
I threw out my old NjoY's unfortunately. I was thinking you bypassed the auto switch somehow by shorting some legs as I looked at it,

Yep its crazy simple for what it does. You can just keep that ash cap intact and epoxy to something wires and all to keep them from breaking. There small and thin but only carry charge current.
I want to buy used Njoy's to put in my projects....
You just saved me usb boards, and space, and gave a cool led charge indicator = priceless

Im working on a poorvari PTN04050C and this is problem solved of fitting usb and wires.
Seems inspite of original specs when hacked it will hit 24 watts so its a poorvardina
Maximum Results so far:
25.44 Watts
4.67 Amps

I have ordered from TI the same board and other buck boost boards as sampels. I'm waiting maybe they don't like my yahoo.com email address.
I have some ideas kinda like the dna20 but there kinda expensive. I know I can do better.

ordering either the round lipos or a pack like yours x2
definitely a charge bag they are notorious for hot encounters if and when and they
your battery has 40c max discharge if its the same 700mah heli battery I found and wow that makes for a heckuva vape..
btw those batts in a spinner have usually an 8c discharge oem joye do, I guess its the reg and wires that holds em to amazing, not wonders..

Shrink wrap your soulder joints the mint box is metal should protect from the battery. I charge it on a tile counter sitting on a plate. Those lipos will puff up like a bag. No explosion. I think there is a protection board on that pack. I'm not worried...
