Help with LiPo battery

hi guys, I bought this battery for my first mod. but when i got it it looks exactly like the picture. does not have any instructions or mark on the battery or anything. just wondering where is the positive and negative lead on this battery.

Turnigy 5000mAh 1S 20C Lipoly (Single Cell)

there is a - and a + symbol by the name but can that be it? just want to make sure.

and do I need to remove the plastic tape and just solder the wire to the metal flap? Thanks.

if you have an battery voltage meter laying around, Mini DC 0 32V LED Panel Voltage Meter 3 Digital Display Voltmeter Motorcycle | eBay, they only display voltage when positive to positive, neg to neg... a fast and easy tester...

You do realize the maximum discharge rating for that battery is only 10 AMPs?

I think its suppose to 200amp?? I could be wrong. Think thats what 20s stands for??

I thought it was 100A max burst discharge? and 50A would be more realistic.

5000mAh x 20c = 100000mAh = 100amp max discharge

Thanks bap for clarifying! I was in the process of hunting down the formula myself to respond but you beat me to it! I'm going to be using a Lipo for my DNA30 build so I've been looking into them a bit lately.

Actually came in today and they gave me 5800mah 25c. So that turns out to be 145amps.

Haven't gotten it yet but I have 2 coming thanks to the Co-op Mike put together. I've heard following them on Facebook gives a good indicator of when they will have more stock available. Good luck getting yours, I know they are hard to come by at the moment.
