Cordless Screwdriver MOD 4.8V

So while I was out of the house today. I found a cheap Cordless Screwdriver, and it had rechargeable battery status on the back of it. I thought it would make a perfect E-Cig of course, and bought the drill to mod at home.

I opened it up, and metered on the voltage. It shows that it runs at 5v, and I didn't check the amp level on it... I took out the motor, and the gearbox. I then unhooked on side of the switch so the atomizer would not switch voltages on + to - like the drill would work on forward and reverse. The batteries were rated at 1.2v Nic-Cd (4 of them), and they are rated at 600mah. On the back of the drill you push a button and it shows Green, Yellow, and Red to tell you if it needs a charge or not.

I still want to hook up a mini usb plug so I am able to charge it at a PC. Also I would like to get the switch to work on the same polarity no matter which way I switched it on(I heard that it does not matter, but have not tried that out yet...).

I need a new 801 atomizer, and it has gotten very week in the past few days of use. This video clearly shows that....

So switching out the + and - makes not difference on the atomizer? If so I'm going to open it back up, and turn it lose for both sides of the switch.

I feel like I'm sticking a gun in my mouth lol. I should name it Suicide.

would be cool if you could keep the screw gun portion to screw on your atomizers lol would be impossible wiring wise but kewl none the less
