This is for people who want's to use e-cigs that look exactly like analogs. I'm noob so please correct me if my calculations are wrong.

One cartridge for Realis or Colibri holds around 0.7ml e-liquid and they say it equals between 10-15 analogs. So, 10ml bottle of e-liquid is enough to fill 14 cartridges and that means you can get up to 200 analogs = 10 packs out from 10ml E-liquid bottle if your PV is Realis, Colibri or something similar.

You can use blank cartridges at least 3 times, so pack of 5 cartridges used 3 times each will equal 15 cartridges that will take 10,5ml E-liquid in total.

So, for 140-200 analogs you need:

10ml bottle of E-liquid = 3,20€ (easy-eliquid)
5 blank cartridges = 8,50€ (Liberro)

= 11,7€ in total

The price equal to one analog pack being between 1,2€ to 1,7€.

You can save little more if you buy bigger bottles.

Further notes:

If you buy 10ml bottle of E-liquid, 5 blank cartridges, Liberro Realis kit and you use all 6 cartridges that come free with the device but don't re-fill them, you will have between 200 to 290 analogs worth of e-cigs. That means once you have used them, you will start already saving money since the kit + E-liquid + cartridges + shipping costs are under 70€, and that's how much analogs would have cost if smoked the same ammount.

I started saving the week after I started vaping... And that's with, unknowingly, buying overpriced prefilled cartridges for a couple weeks after because I was under the impression that the cartomizers for my type(kr808d-1) were not interchangeable, so I continued to buy from the same company rather than shopping around... Would have saved more had I stumbled upon this site sooner :D

I smoked about a pack and a half of cigarettes a day... about a carton a week... My cartons ran approx. $46 per... My kit was 60$... came with 10 prefilled cartridges... The cartridges lasted me about 8 days, I guess... reordered another 10pk of cartridges for $20... the site that I used was free shipping so no additional charges there...

92$ for 2 weeks of smoking analogs...
80$ for 2 weeks of vaping...

Now I've moved up to buying e-liquids which are saving me even more money even with me shopping around for flavors and things... I like sales... I'm female... it's genetically entwined into our beings :D... But I'm also very frugal... Whatever the case...

Vaping is so so SO much cheaper... I've only been vaping 1.5months and I just averaged out everything I've spent on vaping and everying I would have spent on smoking...

Smoking 276$(that's if I kept the same lighter for a month and a half... unlikely)
Vaping 242$

That's with the kit, carrying case, passthrough... items I won't have to buy again until replacements are needed... and with the company I bought from, there's a lifetime warranty on the batteries...

Also with juices and cartomizers that haven't even come in yet... I think with what's coming in I should be set for another month or so atleast... have 60ml of different types of juice and 2-10pks of cartomizers on the way that I filtered in with the price above...

I'm saving alot... and I love it...

I also can't help but mention how WONDERFUL I feel... It's utterly amazing...

I was always taught, if it seems to good to be true, then it probably is... I know alot of you guys are probably thinking the same thing... holding your breath wondering what's the down side... don't see one yet... and until someone comes up with one, I will sit here and fill my lungs to capacity for the first time in 18years and breathe a sigh of contentment... So far, so good :)

Don't ever trust vendors when they make claims like this. These are less exagerrated than most but, I'm willing to bet they are still exagerrated. I smoked a pack a day and I go through near 3 ml. If your calcs are right, I should be using around half that. That's about what how much I think the vendor's claims are exagerrated.

one way to curb the expensive is to buy ejuice that is a higher strength than you use, get some 0 nic VG and "cut" the juice with the VG to reduce it down to your desired strength.

And reduce the flavor, generally not a good idea. If you can get some with double flavor (some places offer this) or get 0 nic of the same flavor (which would mean you're not actually saving any money).

I think you are using more time vaping e-cigs than when you smoked analogs.

The statement below is definitely incorrect...

One cartridge for Realis or Colibri holds around 0.7ml E-liquid and they say it equals between 10-15 analogs.

Some studies have shown we may be absorbing as little as 10% of the nicotine from vaping.
And some here find flaws in those studies and think they may be getting as much as 40% of the nicotine from vaping.

So, for example...

Let's say you're using 18mg strength liquid, which is 18mg of nicotine per milliliter.
If using 3ml per day of 18mg strength liquid, you would theoretically be getting 54mg per day assuming 100% absorption.

But taking absorption rates into account you will only be getting anywhere from 5.4mg to 21.6mg of nicotine per day.

And that would equal anywhere from about 5 to 43 cigarettes.
Because the amount of nicotine absorbed from real cigarettes is anywhere from 0.5mg to 1.1mg, and some are even more.

So really it all depends on which cigarettes we are talking about, and how much we really absorb from vaping.

The "equal to x ammount of analogs" means how many puffs you can get.
I don't think so.

I think when they say "equal to x amount of analogs" what they are saying is it has the same amount of nicotine.
The problem is, they are conveniently ignoring the fact that we absorb much less nicotine from vaping than from smoking.

In other words, they are essentially lying when they say that.

Many people say that 20 drops is one milliliter.
And many people say that 3 drops is about one cigarette's worth of puffs.
So your 0.7ml cartridges would have around 14 drops, which would be around 5 cigarettes worth of puffs.

That is a number that most everyone here will agree is much closer to reality than the 10-15 analogs you mentioned.
