Probably too little. Try to get about the same amount of cotton as the original silica. IIRC, the Kanger's are 3 mm in the coil, and two 1 mm flavor wicks. If you vape a thick juice, say heavy on the VG %, then you may want to go a little less on the flavor wicks. But from what you're relating, don't think you need to worry about that! :)

Gotta make sure the cotton is making a secure seal where the post connects to the head of the atty. too much cotton and it won't wick right. Too less and it will flood. You'll find your sweet spot in no time though.

And yes I use cotton on rbas and rebuildables. More flavor and more clouds for me.
