Cotton wicking

I took out the cotton of my build and put new cotton in. I put some juice on it and fired it. I then took a pull and then got a burnt hit after 3 hits. I check my build and noticed the wick was still wet. I then thought that i was putting too much cotton. I put less cotton in and i got the exact same results. I then checked for any hotspots but nothing was happening. My setup is a 28 gauge micro coil .9 ohms. I hope i can get this problem resolved

One of two things. 1. Need to decrease air draw and increase juice draw, or 2. running too hot. Those are really the only two answers.

What's the build in, and what are you putting it on?

Desertrider's got that right, more air and/or better flow will help. Maybe that flavor just want's less power, some do. If on a mech, go to about 1.5 for a test - or pop in a kick and adjust.
