Im new here and i would like to ask my cough due to re vaping after 3 years.
So for the background, back then i was able to manage to switch to vaping from smoking analogs back then in 2015 but still smoking analogs socially. I was using aspire kit at that time and have no cough at all (only dizzyness when too much vaping). However, i stopped vaping and switched back to analogs in late 2015 since then due to high cost (at my country, analogs price is cheap back then). I mainly used 60/40 and 6mg at that time, mostly fruity flavour with occasional mint/menthol.
Now fast forward to today, i am starting to vape and planning to ditch analogs and now using vapor storm puma 200w with wasp nano rda and 0.75 ohm for starting before going lower ohm. But now when im trying to vape, i directly cough and get short of breath lasted around 30 mins before going normal. The suspected is that i bought this honeydew menthol with 6mg 40/60 (since i heard higher VG can reduce coughing) and i felt that the menthol hits me hard.
So for now, what is your suggestion to overcome this problem? Is it due to quite high sub ohm coupled by menthol?
