So first off I haven't smoked in a few years. But have been having a very hard time staying away from it due to many reasons so I decided to try ecigs. I bought an ego-t last Sunday (aug 16th) and started having some issues Wednesday night. I've been coughing and having problems breathing....I used to suffer from anxiety attacks and that's almost exactly what this feels like. I don't know if I may be sensitive to PG or VG? Also I use 0 nicotine and have been drinking plenty of water.

What nic level juice are you using? What ratio of PG/VG? And what voltage do you have your battery set to? Just need some more information. Plus, most people cough when they first start vaping.
O nicotine for me. The ratio is not listed on the bottle so I've been trying to get an answer from the location I bought it at (151 vapes in Abilene texas) I have no cell service where I live so it's kind of difficult. I think the voltage on my ego is 3.4

have you changed the coil yet?? 4 days on a small coil is about its limit.... its probably getting gunky, thus the harshness and coughing.... those coils dont last long, especially with sweet or dark juices...
Do you happen to know a good site I can order them from? The closest vape shop is 1 hour away..would like to avoid having to go there!

To ask us here is futile, even those of us with medical backgrounds, your Physician is who you should direct this question to. Don't get me wrong, all here would love to help you along but when it comes to medical maladies, it is best left to those who can give a better answer.:)
In plan on making an appointment next week. Make sure everything is okay with me!

Just stop vaping. You do not need it anyway.

Could be many things.
1. Adjusting to vaping took me about a week. Had some red bumps show up, turns out it the toxins from cigarettes leaving my body.
2. After quitting cigs completely I had the same sort of feeling for about 5 days.
2. Could be the eliquid your using.
3. You might not be drinkning enough water, vaping will dehydrated you.
4. Could be that your allergic to the pg maybe the vg.
5. Maybe vaping just isn't for you.

You actually don't have to inhale the vapor into your lungs. If your have 0 nic you might as well just inahale it far enough to get to your throat and then exhale for a throat hit. Even with nicotine in your eliquid you don't actually have to inhale It into lungs for a nic buzz. The nic will absorb into your mucus membranes. When you exhale through the nostrils is when most of the nic gets into your blood stream. Inhaling into the lungs only helps the nic buzz hit you a little faster.
