Hey everyone this is kind nasty and all but yea ever since i started vaping i have been coughing up ALOT of mucus is it normal? I mean i didnt even do this much when i smoked analogs.. Just kinda concerned. I use 80ph 20 vg mixes. let me know what you think..
You must not leave this unattended.

If you have been smoking constantly for a quarter of a century, or so, your alveola (the smallest part of the lungs) may start to open up and release <"#¤%>. From your pic you don't seem to fit that category.

Be aware that allergy/sensitivity to PG or VG is a possibility! Your general surgeon may be able to help you detemine that. Get an appointment asap, I'd say. Especially if you haven't had this kind of coughs before.
You may need to research the actual names of PG and VG, in order to inform G.S.

Out of my head : PG is Propylene-Glycol (used for e.g. astma breathing masks), VG is Vegetabilic Glycerine (aka. Glycerol - a common sweetener in many food products).

Hope that I'm wrong about allergy :)

Although it's normal, you might want to discuss this with your doctor. It never hurts to have a professional opinion and many doctors these days highly approve of electronic cigarettes as a substitute for tobacco, especially when it's proposed as a vehicle to stop smoking and eventually wean yourself from nicotine. Many people step down to 0mg and retain the PV as a satisfactory substitute for the hand to mouth habit we all have.
