Could a vendor?

I am in now way suggesting that any vendors do this,
but what would prevent an unscrupulous vendor from buying ejuice in bulk
from a lower priced vendor and rebottling it in their bottles with their labels and reselling for much more than they purchased it for?
how could it even be proven without doing an expensive chemical analysis?
how as a community do we prevent such shenanigans?
does anyone think they might have purchased rebottled juice?

Sounds like half the "boutique" shops here. 15 bucks for 20 ml and it taste like dekang rejects lol

heck it cost me nothing at retail prices to order in bulk imagine how cheap a gallon from china at wholesale is.

It would be cheaper for the shops to just mix the flavors in house DIY style.
