Couple Kanger Protank questions...

First, is it normal to get some juice coming out of the bottom of the head that screws into your PV? I've changed out a few heads now and they all do it to some degree. Therefore, I get some popping here and there when taking a vape where I guess the juice actually hits the battery terminal of my Provari. When I unscrew the tank off, there is a bit of liquid on the tip of the Provari. Does this do any harm?

Second, after cleaning a Protank head, can it be stored until next use? I think I remember reading somewhere that you aren't supposed to let them dry out. Maybe I dreamt it.

Mine don't leak so I can't say? Juice on the battery seems fairly normal, dab off with Q-Tips. I think it's mostly atty's that are not suppose to dry out. That's all I know, hope it helps some

My protank goes thru coils at an alarming pace, about one a week. I don't vape it continuously, as I have 4 other tank systems that I alternate with during the day. Anybody else have this problem? Other than that I really like it.--Bo

The Protank usually doesn't leak unless it's been modified somehow. A lot of people start pulling out wicks from the Protank replacement head then wonder why it floods. Here is a link to a very thorough Protank article that is very informative and should answer most if not all questions ...

Mine don't leak either, and I have 3 currently in service today. I sometimes get popping, but it's a well saturated wick being heated, which I like to hear because that means an incredible vape. Yum! I've had an instance when I've had a little juice on the provari contact, but it was only on the tank I took one of the wicks out of. You can turn it upside down and blow the excess into a tissue if it becomes bothersome, but I usually just vape it away.

On cleaning the head, I've only done that once and put it right back in use on another juice. No problems.

I have several pro tanks and none are leaking. I just realized yesterday that the coil heads needed to be tightened every so often. Have you tried this? Good Luck

Looks like most of your Q's have been answered. The provari connection has a "great" seal,
I wouldn't worry about it too much. Best to dampen the clean coil with pg or vg(I use plain stuff)
for storage, we don't want it rusting.

That's fast! Have you considered trying to just rewick the coil?
