i am a newbie, i been using a 1.7ohm dcc , well thats what the manufactuer labeled it but when i metered it , it came out to 2.4ohms, which one do i follow?

next i would like to say that when i take a frsh battery i notice that it drains quite fast, the time frame from 4.1v to 3.9v would be in about 2.5 hours or so. i been firing it at 3.7v as i was told to do so.

i am not getting the picture here guys, i need some help . i been using the ohms law calculator and used that grid to drop my wattage, but it seems to still drain my batts. i have 3 aw imr's in rotation and it doesnt matter which batt is in there..
im starting to wonder if there is a short somewhere?????

any suggestions besides sending it in would be appreciated. i dont have any back ups so ill relapse very quickly....

I'd go with the ohms that you measured. Could be they sent you a 2.5 ohm. Could be one of the coils is burnt out. Either way, I'd use a new one.

Um, are you recharging your batteries when they hit 3.9V? I recharge mine at 3.5 or lower. Usually lower as I tend to forget to check and just notice that I'm getting less vapor.
