yes, it is case sensitive. I always forget that and have to try several times before I try it in all caps; then it works.
I'm thinking it might be the different browsers people are using or something to that affect. Sometimes if you clear your cache and cookies it will stop all that weird stuff.
Okay you all got me. I ordered even though I didn't heed to just to see if it was working. What I did was copy and paste ECF5 from here to the coupon box and it worked fine.

Sorry Isaac. That order I did to see if the code worked, I told him to take his time because there was no hurry but you all know him by now. I had a tracking code within a few minutes. He's a vendor we couldn't live without.
