Hi maxy007. About 7 weeks ago when I first started shopping FSUSA I searched high and low for coupon codes and finally came across a thread here where one of the representatives of the company stated that they were no longer running non-stop discount codes. If my memory is correct (and that's a might big if) I think their logic was they supply a very good product at a very competitive price and it was cutting into their small profit margin. I don't know if you've shopped them before or not, but at least in my opinion their products are good and so is their service so even without a discount code I am happy to have found them.
As far as the shipping goes, I live in the U.S. and all of my packages have been sent via the mail. Since you are outside of the U.S. you may want to E-Mail them to see if they will ship to your country or not. Good luck and happy vaping!

not a problem shipping to P.O. Boxes. we do have discounts every now and then. Permanent discounts just didn't make good economic sense. One thing Pam and I have done over more then 3 years of inflation is not raise any prices
