COV and Bruce

Ordered a LR 901 and an 801 battery (I used an adapter for the standard 901 atty) but was unaware of the recess in the LR atomizers. Unfortunately, I got the LR 901 and a LR 901 battery. I emailed Bruce and got a reply within the hour. He happily let me exchange both.

Just received my pack today and he had thrown in a sample bottle of Blueberry Pancake. Would definitely order from COV again. Bruce is a stand up guy and I like the idea of supporting an individual
instead of a corporation.

I second that emotion. I haven't received my order yet but even before I had placed one on his site Bruce responded to my random inquiry about Royal Smokers. When I was confused about the orderI finally did place Bruce emailed me in the middle of the night and helped me get exactly what I wanted and needed. I'm very satisfied with the customer experience Bruce has provided.
