A few weeks back I bought some clearomizers and drip tips from cloudsofvapor.com
When I received my order I was quite disappointed to see that I had gotten the wrong parts and that others were missing. This was mostly due, I believe, to the fact that Bruce was preparing for Philly vapefest and had to hurry.
I contacted Bruce, and as soon as he got back home from Philly vapefest he started trying to fix this out. The day after I pm'ed him telling him what was wrong with my order, I received a shipping notification from cloudsofvapor. I asked him if he wanted me to ship him back the things I got that I hadn't paid for, he said "No, keep them".
Now this morning I got my package from COV, and to my surprise it contained everything my original order was suppose to contain, and even more. He went out of his way to actually put in a few extra drip tips and a refill kit for the clearos which you normally pay for.
So not only was Mr. Bruce extremely helpfull, polite and very professional, which in my opinion is incredible when you compare to the service you usually get from big retail stores, but he also went out of his way to compensate for my wait, when I would have been happy just receiving what I was missing and shipping back to him the stuff I didn't pay for.
I must say I am very impressed with COV's customer service. A great guy, great prices, fast shipping to Canada and they always got your back covered.

I recommend this flavor highly. Been using it on a 2.8 ohm in a MAP tank on an EGO battery. Pretty funny, I picked up my son from baseball practice. First words out of his mouth was,"It smells like butterscotch pudding in here"!!!
