I've had a few dealings w/Bruce now and all I can say is - he now has me as a loyal customer. This guy is over the top w/helpfullness, rapid response to e-mails and also follow up e-mails to make sure of any concerns. VERY nice to deal with. What more could you ask for.

Bruce is very FRIENDLY, personable, awesome supplier w/out attitude. - You know the kind of supplier I'm talking about, arrogant and always right

On top of all that he carrys cisco attys - yaaay and awesome juice

Always had great service from Bruce. I admit I have a favorite juice and mod vendor that is different but when it comes to my carto's and drip tips, Bruce has all my business hands down. I always recommend him as a carto/drip tip supplier. I've never gotten any duds from him, prices are super fair, shipping is super fast and let's face it, he's a hell of a nice guy to deal with!

I ran my own business for 23 years and I know the difference between an average supplier and one that will go the extra mile to help. The only thing that could make COV any better is a free shipping deal for 50 or 75 bucks.
That would be sweet.
