cr123 Problems

I have 2 cr123's I got from fry's electronics a week ago. They came with a charger and worked fine for 1 week and now they wont run an atty. they read 3.8 and 3.7 on the volt meeter. and 7.2 when strung together in my box mod. But wont run my atty's. I have another set of these same batteries that do work in the same mod. Any Ideas????

If they are protected I would suspect the pcb limiting current. Translation they are bad batteries unless you feel like running them unprotected.
