Crackling and possible spitting issue

Hi
new to vaping but something caught my attention...
i have the Aspire sub ohm battery and the Atlantis tank. Last night I experienced a lot of crackling issues and this morning a little spitting occurred.
I have the airflow set to it's widest.

is there something I should be aware of here????

Nope - that's the crackly goodness of a clean wick and coil at its best. I only get it when i rebuild mine and unless you have the airflow pointing at you, when spitting is not so cool and will make you jump, it's harmless!

I judge new coils by how much they spit and crackle

Yep crackling and hissing means your coil is working like it's brand new. My kanger coils don't spit but my aspire ones do. It takes some getting used to. My aspire stuff always floods though, so when they're just spitting a bit I know it's working great, for the moment. lol

Hey, thanks Maiar. Getting used to it and experienced the flood on my Nautilus. Seems like I'm growing from the newbie stages
