Two of my three batteries are acting up this morning! One of my 2 week old XL auto batteries does not cut off and the blue light stays on until I unscrew the cart. I plugged my 4 day old short manual in to charge and it did the blinkin dance for about an hour (green light - blink, blink, blink..., red light, green light - blink, blink, blink..., red light) and is now red and appearing to charge. Any tips?

I apologize if this is a repeat question - I've searched the forum and can't seem to find the answers. Thanks for your help!

Some juice probably leaked into the XL auto battery, making the diaphragm stick so it doesn't cut off.

Put about 1/4" of alcohol in a glass and stand the battery in it with the connector submerged in the alcohol. Let it stay there for an hour or two.

When you take it out, shake it out really well and dry it off. Let it air dry for at least 30 minutes before you try to use it.

It may fix it, or it may not. It's a crap shoot.
