I found this deal on slickdeal @ wmdeals.com. They're selling the HTC Touch Pro 2 for $50 with contract, no activation fee, $50 credit, and free blue tooth. It's crazy because this phone is still $350 on tmobile's site and its anywhere from $150-200 on Verizon wireless after rebate. They were offering it for free on Sunday so I jumped on it then but it's still a great deal at $50. Some people on slickdeal are even signing up to get the phone, cancelling their contract ($200 termination fee), and are planning to resell the phone on ebay where they sell from $400-500. When you call them to get the deal make sure you mention the promo name "Windows Mobile" and make sure they include the $50 credit and free bluetooth. I actually had to call 3x to get this deal. The first time the customer service dude wouldn't do the deal himself because when I called it took me about 15 mins on hold which tells me that there were prob a lot of people on hold so he didnt want to waste his time on me when he could be ripping other people off and getting commissions. So I called 3 hours later and this lady rep answered immediately and honored the free phone deal but knew I already wanted it so she didn't bother including the $50 credit or bluetooth headset even though I asked for it. So I called today and said that the deal should have included the $50 credit and bluetooth headset and the new lady added them on
. So keep asking about it and tell them that your friend got the extras with it - they're still included with the $50 deal.
