Creamy Menthol?

I am looking to attempt to make a creamy menthol. I can get a straight menthol made but I am looking to add a creamy texture to it that you can taste and feel on your palate. Any suggestions are welcome, I am not really sure what should be added to get this effect.

I just made my friend somw actually. Menthol was to strong for her. This for a 3 ml receipie at 6mg

6 drops of 60 mg nic
42 drops of pg
10 drops of french vanilla (pa flavoring)
3 drops of mashmellow (paflavoring)
6 drops cool rush (liquid xpress flavoring)
