Creamy?

I understand tart, sweet, and tangy juice. How does one achieve "creamy" as a flavor?

I get my "creamy" by ordering a custom cream blend from ECBlend. I get 30% vanilla, 30% "fresh cream" and 40% "Bavarian cream", on their custom juice building page. I then just add that to whatever I'm looking for a creamy taste with ... espresso, peach, raspberry, whatever ... my favorite is currently half espresso, about 30% cream, the rest raspberry, with just a couple of drops of mint. Tastes for all the world like a Starbucks raspberry latte.
