This is going to at last overcome my problem of long car journeys and walking round town - no more dripping and driving for me!

I cant quite beieve it has taken me so long to discover this little beaut! Thanks Toby you got me wearing a big smile today

...Speaking of cartomizers, could we get some black coloured empties/blanks at some stage?
The empty Creator carts are without label, stainless. The new stock is due to be shipped any day now (last order was shortchanged, I mentioned elsewhere). I could ask if they will put black labels on the next batch if you like. But I think they go really nice with the stainless batteries. Someone kindly sent me a photo of their one, shown below. ~Thanks! :)

555 flavour in red labels will also be in the range too. I've heard it is kinda nutty! But Deschain, you would be best to advise on that as I saw one of your posts somewhere saying it's your favourite flavour.....

Yes to black blanks and yes to 555! :D

Seriously, 555 is my favorite flavour, it's so nice - Mellow, nutty, warm and slightly sweet. I honestly seem to be going through twice as much of this as all my other flavours put together (although the Eco Pure "Rich" is catching up...very smooth stuff...another new discovery for me).:p

(hmm, red 555 carts eh...sexy!). :)

These cartomizers do seem to be the perfect solution for any long journeys or a good night out on the booze...I can just imagine trying to top off 510 carts when I've had a few scoops, I'd end up getting juice all over my hands, then rubbing my eyes or something). 8-o

I just refilled the cart I put in this morning. That makes 10 hours of vaping which I am impressed with. Refilling was a breeze, no juice on my hands at all! Now I need those blanks for all my flavours. :p

Not tried 555, might have to give that a go.

Could always make a trip to B&Q for some fablon to colour code the cartomizers.

I've been using the auto today.

I tried the manual, but the auto works real well for me, better than others I have used. The manual seems to have a short cut off so needs the double pump thing, no biggie.

Its kinds nice, I have been on manuals exclusively for so long and this auto just works, a little primer puff followed by a longer slow drag and it's giving me lots of vapour and decent throat hit. Plus I havent used any paper towel today to mop up stray juice, for the first time in I dont know how long!

Cheers Andy, I'm a bit shocked that the cut off if actually quicker on the manual than the auto, that's not usually the way these things are done is it?

I really enjoy my manual 510 because I control the vaping, I don't like being limited to whatever somebody else thinks is right or proper. :(

Still, I'm most likely going to end up buying one of these Creator sets, I just know it.

I got the set with one of each battery plus the PCC, so I could try both. I guess its all about personal preference at the end of the day.

Its real strange being able to just pick up the Creator and vape it without filling it up every 5 minutes and having a cloth handy. Not a hint of that 'I am drying out and going to taste terrible until you top me up' thing. Just vapour and flavour non stop. Its witchcraft I tell you :D

Your mom said not to say...
I have been trying to tell people for a while how much better the 2pc models were over the 3pc models. So much easier to enjoy, no need to mod it to get it to work right, long time between cart changes or refills, long battery life among other things. To me it was obvious which was the more advanced models.

I certainly do intend on getting 510->Creator(KR808D-1) adapters with the next order (the last order was made just before they were ready).

And also presumably -
-510 to 401 Adapters
-KR808D Battery Threads
-901 to 801/201 Adapters

But the order hasn't been made just yet.... partly because we have other things in the pipeline too...

I've just received some too but I must doing something wrong... it's like sucking nothing but air out of a noisy straw to me and nothing else, just the tiniest amount of vapour and flavour :(. I also seem to need to suck for so long to get even a wisp of vapour out, that my cheeks hurt 8-o.

Is there some kind of "trick" to it? I've tried it with the cart screwed in really tight and with it screwed in not so tight, but it makes no difference. I've tried short quick puffs and long slow gentle ones, still makes no difference.

I really really wanted to try the KR808D-1 as I'm just SO fed up with having to fiddle about with carts every 5 mins in one way or another, and I don't like dripping for the same reason of having to drip every 5 mins.

Oh, silly me... Usually swapping carts and batteries is the first thing I do to see if either a cart or battery might be at fault. I guess I went brain dead in my excitement to try it ;)

Seems it's one of the batteries that might be duff and not the cart. The LED lights up on the battery but it just doesn't draw. The thread on that battery also feels a touch wonky when trying to fit the cart, which at first I thought was maybe meant to be normal with this model - till I tried the other battery which was easier to fit.

The other battery works fine, although I still have to take several primer puffs to get anything decent from it (which seems to need a slow long gentle draw), by which time the glands just under my chin ache . I guess there's a slightly different technique to using this than with the 901, 801 or others I've tried over the months, which I might hopefully master soon enough!

I'll contact you directly about the duff battery :)
